What is the treatment process for PRP Hair Regrowth?
First of all you come in for your consultation. If you prefer, we can also do a free virtual consultation. Once we have decided on your treatment plan we have you come in for your first appointment. During your appointment, we will take a small sample of your blood and spin it in the centrifuge to separate the red blood cells from the plasma. We then take the PRP and inject it directly into the area that is being treated.
How long does each PRP Hair Regrowth Treatment take?
Each session is generally done in about 30 minutes (plus the prep time of drawing a small amount of your blood).
How much time is in between treatments?
Treatments are done about once a month.
Is there any downtime after my PRP Hair Regrowth treatments?
Nope! You can go back to work or head to your dinner date. We do recommend waiting until the next morning for strenuous workouts, however, simply because you want to take it easy on the skin for a number of hours following your treatment.
